He serves as a guest instructor with the FBI Police Firearms Instructor since 2003. Presented at Annual Training Conventions with the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearm Instructors Association
Leroy is a graduate of numerous civilian, military and law enforcement firearms training schools, including the FBI Firearms Instructor School, the NRA Law Enforcement Instructor Development School and several courses at the Yavapai Firearms Academy.He is also certified by the National Tactical Officers Association to instruct Patrol Response to Active Shooter
